How to
collect your apartment keys
NOTE: The Institute Security Officer (the guard) can be contacted 24 hours a day on his cell phone at 609-947-5940. This person will have access to apartment keys. The office where the guard sits is in Fuld Hall. The phone across from that office can be used to place the call.The guard may be unreachable when he is in the basement of one of the buildings. If that occurs, the visitor should wait in the Common Room of Fuld Hall and try calling again in a few minutes.
Reimbursement
for your trip
If you have made arrangements with the Institute for
reimbursement of your travel expenses, it is necessary for you to
provide us with all your travel receipts. We cannot reimburse you
for your expenses without original receipts. Here is a list of
possible expenses for which we would need original receipts:
- Airline receipt + boarding pass
- Taxi
- Bus/Rail
- Parking
If you are asking to be reimbursed for personal car mileage, you must include a printout from some program such as MapQuest that indicates the starting and ending points for you trip and calculates the mileage.
