xdvi

xdvi is a program which runs under the X window system. It is used to preview dvi files, which are produced by TeX.

To open an xdvi window, enter the command: xdvi
To open a file in xdvi: xdvi filename.dvi

Online help is available from the "Help" menu in the xdvi window.
