Creating Portable Document Format (PDF) Files

Both Citrix (a Windows server for our Linux users) and the public PC in Room 261 have the full version of Acrobat installed which can be used to generate pdf from Microsft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Access format. Let's say you wish to generate PDF from a Powerpoint presentation.

Open Adobe Acrobat Professional.
In Adobe Acrobat Professional, select Create PDF - From File.
Choose the powerpoint file you previously saved.
Adobe will generate and open the PDF file.
Save the PDF file
